RickMill Productions, Inc. is the partnership of Kimber Rickabaugh and Paul Miller where their combined talents form over 20 years of experience in show business.
Paul Miller has been nominated for three Emmy Awards and won the 1999 Emmy for directing the Tony Awards. He also won the Directors Guild Award the same year for that show. His other directing credits include The Country Music Awards, Saturday Night Live, In Living Color, Blue Collar TV, numerous network specials, two Super Bowl half time specials, The Tony Awards, various situation comedies and a feature film, The Pest starring John Leguizamo. Paul also recently was tapped to direct the first ever transatlantic broadcast in 3D.

Kimber Rickabaugh has produced numerous programs for all the networks as well as HBO, Showtime & Comedy Central and has been nominated for 9 Emmy Awards and won 4 ACE Awards for her work. Kimber's producing credits range from numerous variety shows (Elton John, Sinbad & Friends, Robert Townshend's "Townshend TV" series) to comedy (George Carlin, Def Comedy Jam, Damon Wayans, The Martin Short Show series, Jon Stewart) to other forms (Whoopi Goldberg's talk show, Prime Time Glick with Martin Short, Keenan Ivory Wayans Show, Don't Forget Your Toothbrush, Kid's Choice Awards, and the film sitcom pilot "Youth In Revolt") to name only a few.
